CAD Approval Form

FINAL CAD APPROVAL — PRODUCTION RELEASE

This is the final drawing. What you approve here is what gets built.

Before you sign, confirm every item below against your CAD:

• Overall size — width and height of the opening, exactly as drawn

• Opening / stack direction — which way the panels slide or fold, and which side they stack to

• High traffic door — that it exists, and that it is on the side you want. Traffic doors and slide direction often differ from what was discussed verbally, so check this line item carefully even if you think it was covered.

• Color / finish — frame color and any specified finish

• Glass, screens, and handle side — as listed on the drawing

If anything is wrong, DO NOT SIGN. Message us directly with the correction and we will remake the CAD and resend it for approval. Signing is confirmation that the drawing is correct — it is not the place to request changes.

Deadline: 3 business days from the date this CAD was sent.

This approval step is an optional courtesy check we offer so you can catch errors before production. If the form is not completed within 3 business days and no changes have been requested, we will move forward and produce the order exactly as shown on the CAD that was sent.
